The Robert W. Nolan Scholarship gives preference to applicants at the postgraduate level.
Eligibility
- Open to servicemembers affiliated with the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard, either through their own service or that of a spouse.
- Children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of current FRA members in good standing may also apply.
- Must attend a U.S. institution and not receive scholarships, awards, or grants that cover full tuition.
- SAT/ACT scores may be requested.
Application Requirements
- Submit a separate document listing extracurricular activities, community involvement, and awards (or a statement indicating none).
- Two recommendations required:
- One academic reference.
- One community reference.
